Venus, the Second One: In which a goddess became a mistress

It was a very long ago, and it was the time a goddess from Mount Olympus had her love come to an end. Venus, the goddess of love and beauty, was looking for love, but no one has longer participates her powers, not even Zeus. Venus was so depressed and cried a lot of tears. Even the goddess of beauty, herself, has no longer suitors! Cupid, her son, the god of love and desire, looked at her mother eagerly. Cupid was thinking of any solution that might help Venus and can take away her frustrations.

Cupid went down to planet Earth and has searched for any person that can solve her mother’s problem. But he has searched everywhere. Left, right, up and down, he also
flew up to the mountains until his wings were about to break because of tiredness. All of the male persons he has seen are already taken and are happy together with their wives and children.

But Venus, from Mount Olympus, then noticed that her son was missing. The goddess looked everywhere, from here to there. And after few moments, something rolled unto her mind and it is that her son might be on Earth. She went down on Earth and saw his son laid down on a bench because of tiredness. “Cupid!” her mother called but when Cupid woke up, he forgot that his bow and arrow was ready to shoot. He woke up and has accidentally shot Prometheus, the god who brought fire to men, the husband of Pandora. Cupid was pressured and doesn’t know what to do so she also shot Venus for her to fall in love with Prometheus. When Venus saw Prometheus, she seduced him and has covered the mouth of the man with her lips.

Venus brought Prometheus to a place wherein they were the only ones who can go. It was a small cave under a mountain where they can make love for a number of hours. But suddenly, Pandora wondered, where is her husband? She searched around their place but she really cannot see him. The day has ended and the night passed. Still, her husband is still not with her. The next day, Prometheus came home. He came home with a smile on his face. Pandora has seen him entering near the door and has run and hugged him gently. After it, Pandora was a little bit curious on why does her husband come late and has come happy. Is it necessary for a man coming home late and smiling without any reason? Pandora asked her husband the questions “Why?” and “How come?” but Prometheus just ignored her. Prometheus looks very far away and was really in love while saying the name of Venus. He whispers the name of Venus over and over which shows that he was very obsessed. When Pandora heard and seen her husband like that, tears fell from her eyes. She started to suspect Venus. “Venus… I already know you! Yes, you created me. But it doesn’t mean that you are my commander. What’s mine is mine. You cannot own my husband! You damn seducer!” Pandora’s mind actively said those words with anger. She looked at the eyelids of Prometheus and said that he was really under a magic love potion.

Cupid was looking for Prometheus because of what he has done. He needs to find Prometheus to bring him back to normal. Prometheus was not in the standard state of mind, even Venus. The arrow’s love potion has spread on their whole body. Their potions have crossed through their mouth when they kissed each other and even through their genitals. The only solution for the problem is that they have to do it again and after the intercourse, Prometheus should kiss Pandora for him to go back to normal. Still, while Cupid was soaring up high, he still cannot find Prometheus so he came back to his mother, Venus, to take care of her.

“Prometheus, Prometheus!” Venus whispered. She whispers Prometheus’ name again and again like that of what happened to Prometheus. Cupid talked to his mother and said, “Mother, are you alright?” “No, I’m not. I have to see my Prometheus.” Venus replied. “But I do not know where he is. Mother.” Cupid said. But Venus said, “Me. I know where he is. Lift me up, son and I will point you the right path”.

When Cupid lifted his mother up, he saw the path towards the house of Prometheus but then, he saw Pandora walking angrily going towards the temple of Venus.

“Venus, Venus! Show up! Let us see who is more powerful between us two! Show me what you have got! You man stealer!” The words of Pandora was really striking that it called the attention of Cupid and Venus. “You, ugly lady, what’s your problem?” Venus shouted while she lands on the earth’s crust. “What’s my problem? You are my problem! You damn mistress!” Pandora said with a high pitch. “Is it my fault that I am gorgeous more than you are? Well, as you should know. I am the goddess of beauty and I created you!” Venus proudly replied. “Yes, you have created me. But that doesn’t mean that you already own me! Now, stop my husband or else, I will ruin and burn your temple!” Pandora said with seeking revenge. While the two ladies were arguing, Cupid has stopped them and told them what they should do. Cupid pulled Pandora and then, they left Venus. Cupid said, “My mother is under my power now. Your husband and my mother are both inside insanity because of what I have done. Please forgive me. But I assure you that I can solve this.” “How come you can solve this anyway? Though you aren’t that powerful?” Pandora said doubtfully. “Let me handle this. All you have to do is to sacrifice. Just give me your husband and I assure you, I will return him normal. What you will going to do is, if you see your husband returned, just hug and kiss him on his lips gently then he will going to be normal again.” Cupid said with a professional way of speaking. Pandora agreed and gets his husband from home.

“Here is my husband. Take him, goddess!” Pandora said loudly. Pandora did not know what the whole solution for the problem is. Cupid did not tell Pandora the whole plan because she might get hurt on the inside and Cupid may not be able to convince Pandora to let Prometheus to have intercourse.

Venus and Prometheus met again. Prometheus brought Venus again to the cave where they first done their kiss and intercourse. While they are doing the act, the love potion is slightly getting low and getting weakens.  After they have done the act, Prometheus no longer seemed to be in love with Venus, and also Venus as well. When Prometheus got home, Pandora grabbed him and kissed him gently onto his lips. After few seconds, the magic potion from the arrow that has been struck to Prometheus has been broken. Prometheus has forgotten what has happened then Prometheus came back to normal and loved his wife forever and ever.

Venus, then, came back to Mount Olympus together with her son, Cupid. Venus was then wondering that why is she with Prometheus anyway. But she just disregarded what has happened. She also realized that relationship with people you really like but doesn’t like you is not so important. She just lived happily with her son, Cupid on the Kingdom of Olympians.
